The Comité Interprofessionnel des Vins de Champagne wishes to preserve the use of traditional grape varieties of Champagne. Setúbal Peninsula (also known as Península de Setúbal) is the Portuguese wine region immediately southeast of Lisbon, across the Tejo estuary.
