New-zealand/north-island/northland">Northland, as its name suggests, is New Zealand's northernmost wine-producing region, around four hours' drive northwest of the country's largest city, Auckland. A white grape variety resulting from the hybridization of the folle blanche and the noah. When distilled, its wine produces round, smooth and aromatic eaux-de-vie with hints of ripe fruit.
