The wine region of Bairrada
Portuguese DOC of the central-west, kingdom of native Baga (>50%). Dense, structured reds with signature notes of black cherry, plum, eucalyptus, tobacco and earthy notes, firm tannins and lively acidity — wines of very long ageing.
