In its vineyards, the Michelot family produces Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay wines, all paired with remarkable views over its vines, the heritage of the landscapes, and the local Provencal delights and specialties that dot the estate. Since 1991, the Michelot Estate is one of the largest wine-growing operations in the region, extending its first vineyards along one of the oldest roads in Burgundy, La Route des Grands Crus. The estate is home to various old and interesting installations, ranging from old medieval buildings to heritage-listed watchtowers, and guest houses where visitors reside. The Michelot Estate is a hotel estate that is lively all year round with seminars and other events. A tour of the estate offers visitors a tasting in the vineyards and fermentation cellars, an enjoyable walk around the Burgundy region, and the chance to taste the exceptional wines produced on the estate.
