Rufete is the signature indigenous red (≥60%, "Spanish Pinot Noir"): fine and ethereal with cherry, raspberry, flowers, garrigue and a schistous mineral note, fresh altitude acidity and melted tannins. Garnacha and Tempranillo as complements. Viura and Moscatel as whites.
