The wine region of Friuli Aquileia

The wine region of Friuli Aquileia is located in the region of Frioul-Vénétie Julienne of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Ca' Bolani or the Domaine Valpanera produce mainly wines white, red and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Friuli Aquileia are Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
