The wine region of Côtes Catalanes is located in the region of Pays d'Oc of Vin de Pays of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Château de l'Ou or the Domaine Department 66 produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The wine to be bottled is taken from the barrels on the lower level, which is replaced by younger wine from the upper level, and so on.
