Tuscan DOCG northeast of Florence (Tuscan-Romagnan Apennines, altitude, rocky and clayey limestone soils): signature Sangiovese as red king (>=70%) — garnet robe, perfumed and mineral aromas with tart fruits, slightly tannic sensation, elegance, structure and acidity forged by continental altitude climate.
