The Aegean wine region Lies in the western Part of Turkey, on the end of the Anatolian peninsula, facing the Aegean Sea and the Greek Islands. This is the name given to the vineyards of the Aube, which are closer to Burgundy, and some of the wines produced here bear witness to this proximity.
