Made as dry, often slightly sparkling whites. Absolute star of Vaud (Dézaley, Calamin, Lavaux Grand Cru) and Valais (Fendant) in Switzerland. Also in Pouilly-sur-Loire AOC and the German Jura. Excellent table grape.
