Château Olivier of Pessac-Léognan is one of the oldest and most famous wine estates in the Graves region. The typical clay-limestone soils of Pessac-Léognan are conducive to quality winemaking, while the vineyards are protected by the mild and humid climate. Ancient viticultural methods, typical of the Graves, driven by the passion of the operators, are still at work today in grape production. The Domaine de Château Olivier has been linked to its owners for over 900 years, since the time of the Knights Templar. It was officially recognized as a Château AOC Pessac-Léognan in 1987. It is characterized by wines of great finesse and a distinctive structure, clothed in deep robes and rich, complex aromas. Beyond the wine, the Domaine de Château Olivier offers a multitude of products. The olive tree, which gave its name to this sumptuous mansion, produces olive oils of remarkable quality, exclusively made from the estate's olives. The estate is also renowned for its syrups, fruit juices and artisanal ciders, which exude intense fragrances and subtle flavors. Finally, Château Olivier offers a wide range of derivative products highlighting its production, such as welcome baskets filled with sweets and wines, gift boxes for all occasions and memorable sets signed by the winemakers. Each product is a tribute to the land, the vine and the family who has maintained it for over 900 years. Château Olivier of Pessac-Léognan offers much more than a wine estate: it provides a unique experience, which leaves an indelible mark on the taste buds and memory.
