Supple, fragrant reds with fine tannins and vibrant freshness, showing raspberry, violet, green pepper, pencil lead and gentle spice aromas. Star of the Loire as a single variety (Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur-Champigny) and of the right bank of Bordeaux in blends (Cheval Blanc at 60%). Also in semi-dry Anjou rosés. The wine region of Genève

Switzerland's 3rd wine canton, a modern and diverse expression. Fleshy Gamay as the signature red: fruity and crunchy with notes of cherry, raspberry and sweet spices, supple tannins. Fine Pinot Noir (undergrowth, red fruits), spicy, dense Gamaret, deep Garanoir. Whites: historic Chasselas (mineral and floral), ample Chardonnay (pear, brioche), round Pinot Blanc.

The word of the wine: Female

Characterizes wines whose pleasantness results from elegance and finesse rather than power.
