The wine region of Istra is located in the region of Primorje of Slovenia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Rojac or the Domaine Santomas produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. One the pioneering English wine estates, Bolney has a portfolio of sparkling and still wines that have won several awards.
