Discovering the wine region of Paros

The wine region of Paros is located in the region of Cyclades of Paros of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Moraitico or the Domaine Moraitis produce mainly wines red, white and pink. On the nose of Paros often reveals types of flavors of pineapple, microbio or dried fruit and sometimes also flavors of red fruit, pink grapefruit or melon. We currently count 5 estates and châteaux in the of Paros, producing 11 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.

Cambridge University study suggests smaller glasses can reduce overall wine consumption

The researchers conducted a crossover trial featuring 217 UK households that drink wine on a regular basis. They were randomly given 290ml or 350ml glasses to drink from during the four-week study period.
