PDO of the Cyclades in the Aegean Sea (foothills of Profitis Elias at 726 m on a flat island, sandy and sandy-clay calcareous soils, powerful summer Meltemi winds, low rainfall, PDO 1981): Monemvasia is the signature white and co-blending in a unique red — Mediterranean white flowers and marine saline tension.
