Trebbiano di Soave as complement. Dry, Classico, fine Spumante, Vin Santo and DOCG Recioto di Gambellara sweet passito.

Mineral, almondy Soave (Garganega) whites, fresh Pinot Grigio. 97,500 ha, Italy's largest production.
