Smallest appellation in the Libournais (200 ha, 24 producers) on the right bank of the Dordogne adjacent to the Saint-Émilion plateau. Merlot dominant (75%), rounded and silky, with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep purple, intense nose of ripe red fruits, plum, gentle spices and cedar notes at maturity.
