Drought-resistant Attica variety, traditionally used in Retsina (pine-resin wine) and modern dry whites revisited by contemporary producers in Markopoulo and Spata. Autochthonous Greek variety from Attica, the most planted in Greece.

Savatiano signature historic king grape (2,500 years, base of Retsina flavored with Aleppo pine resin): today rehabilitated in dry whites with green apple, citrus, white flowers, fennel and mineral touch, tense palate.
