The wine region of Castel del Monte is located in the region of Pouilles of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Tormaresca or the Domaine Torrevento produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Castel del Monte are Aglianico, Chardonnay and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
