The wine region of Carnuntum is located in the region of Niederösterreich of Weinland of Austria. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Markowitsch or the Domaine Weingut Artner produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The designation applies only to white wines from the Grüner Veltliner Grape variety.
