Supple and fruity reds with a clear to intense ruby robe, smooth tannins and a charming palate, with signature aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry), spices, violet and fresh alpine notes. An airy mountain profile to drink young or with short cellaring. An essential component of the Valle d'Aosta Torrette DOC appellation and Valdostan reds, it defines the viticultural identity of the north-western Italian Alps. The wine region of Morava

Predominantly white region, lively and mineral: crisp, peppery Grüner Veltliner, taut Riesling with citrus, supple, floral Müller-Thurgau, aromatic Pálava, the local signature (muscat, white flowers). More discreet reds: spicy Frankovka (Blaufränkisch) with black fruits, fine, silky Saint Laurent. Temperate continental climate, 4 sub-regions: Mikulov, Velké Pavlovice, Znojmo, Slovácko. ~96% of the Czech vineyard, 73 grapes grown.

The word of the wine: VDQS

Delimited wine of superior quality. A level of appellation (today, barely 1% of French production) which constitutes the ultimate step before the accession to the AOC.
