Grand Cru of Bennwihr and Sigolsheim in Haut-Rhin (53. 35 ha at 200–300 m, south of Bennwihr, Oligocene coastal conglomerate of marly limestone with oolitic calcite gravel and interstratified marls, east-south-east aspect, Colmar microclimate).
