Discovering the wine region of Cyclades

The wine region of Cyclades is located in the region of Aegean Sea of Aegean Sea of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Argyros or the Domaine SantoWines produce mainly wines white, red and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Cyclades are Assyrtiko, Aidani and Malbec, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Cyclades often reveals types of flavors of cherry, spices or tropical fruit and sometimes also flavors of citrus fruit, tree fruit or vegetal.

In the mouth of Cyclades is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 19 estates and châteaux in the of Cyclades, producing 40 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Cyclades go well with generally quite well with dishes of pasta, mature and hard cheese or vegetarian.
