Subtropical/continental pivot climate. Signature hybrids: fruity Marechal Foch (cherry, plum, spice), dense Baco Noir, generous Vidal Blanc (tropical, honey, occasional icewine) and bright Seyval Blanc. Riesling, Chardonnay and Cabernet in vinifera.
