The wine region of Spoleto

Native Trebbiano Spoletino is the star white (≥85% varietal): straw-gold, dry and taut with citrus, white flowers, green apple, herbs and a mineral-saline edge, fine acidity and rare ageing potential for a Trebbiano. Also spumante (méthode classique) and golden passito. Vinified in tank, barrel or amphora.
