The wine region of Cachapoal Valley is located in the region of Rapel Valley of Central Valley of Chile. The Central Valley (El Valle Central) of Chile is one of the most important wine-producing areas in South America in terms of Volume. For some years now, some producers have been replacing this sugar with rectified concentrated musts (concentrated grape juice) which give excellent results. A too recent dosage (less than three months) harms the gustatory harmony of the champagne.
