Elegant Cabernet Sauvignon on the Andean foothills of Alto Cachapoal (600-900 m): blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, racy acidity. Syrah and Merlot as complement. Gravelly soils east, fertile silt west, hot sheltered climate.
