The wine region of Cahors is located in the region of Haut-Pays of South West of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Château Lagrézette or the Château Lagrézette produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Cahors are Malbec, Merlot and Tannat, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
