The Allimant-Laugner Estate, located in the beautiful Vosges Mountains near Thann in Alsace, is a small family-run wine operation that has been producing authentic wines for over six generations. The history of the estate began in 1760, when a man named Jean-Baptiste Laugner arrived from Switzerland and took charge of the vineyard. Over the years, the family upheld the viticulture tradition in all its diversity. It was in 2001 that the Domaine Allimant-Laugner was created by Laugner's descendant, Benoît Laugner, who now represents the fourth generation of the family to vinify wine in a traditional, artisanal manner. A story made of passion and talent that is reflected in the great wines produced by the estate. The exceptional quality of the estate's wines is due to the expertise and emotion put forth by Laugner and his team. The estate plants over 11 ha of vines including quality Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Their aromatic wines with subtle tints and rich flavor are the result of using traditional and environmentally respectful methods. Their four-star selection includes some of the best wines produced by the Domaine Allimant-Laugner, recognized and awarded by reputable professional critics. These superior quality wines are part of their main product range and are continuously appreciated by wine connoisseurs and testers. Laugner's only wish for his vineyard is to pass on his passion and knowledge for Alsatian wines and their viticultural heritage to each generation. The durability and fullness of one of the oldest historical traditions can be seen reflected in the wines produced by the Domaine Allimant-Laugner.

Alsace, located in the extreme north-east of France, is Distinguished from other French wine regions by its strong Franco-Germanic influences. Alsace wines are produced under three main appellations: Alsace and Alsace Grand Cru for still white wines (Sweet and Dry), and Crémant d'Alsace for Sparkling wines.
