The wine region of Córdoba is located in the region of Andalousie of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Marenas or the Domaine Marenas produce mainly wines red, white and natural sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Córdoba are Tempranillo, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Córdoba often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or oak and sometimes also flavors of spices, red fruit or black fruit.
In the mouth of Córdoba is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 10 estates and châteaux in the of Córdoba, producing 16 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Córdoba go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or lamb.
