The wine region of Lison Classico is located in the region of Lison of Vénétie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Borgo Stajnbech or the Domaine Tenuta Sant’Anna (S. Anna) produce mainly wines white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Lison Classico are Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
On the nose of Lison Classico often reveals types of flavors of earth, citrus fruit or tree fruit and sometimes also flavors of non oak, microbio or vegetal. In the mouth of Lison Classico is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 14 estates and châteaux in the of Lison Classico, producing 14 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Lison Classico go well with generally quite well with dishes of pasta, shellfish or mature and hard cheese.
