Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Attanasio or the Domaine Produttori Vini Manduria produce mainly wines sweet, natural sweet and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale are Primitivo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or microbio and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, oak or spices.
In the mouth of Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale is a powerful mainly marked by the residual sugar. We currently count 15 estates and châteaux in the of Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale, producing 24 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or rich fish (salmon, tuna etc).
