The wine region of Colline Savonesi is located in the region of Ligurie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Punta Crena or the Domaine Punta Crena produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Colline Savonesi are Corvina et Vermentino, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Colline Savonesi often reveals types of flavors of tree fruit, spices or dried fruit and sometimes also flavors of oak, red fruit or non oak.
In the mouth of Colline Savonesi is a powerful. We currently count 16 estates and châteaux in the of Colline Savonesi, producing 33 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Colline Savonesi go well with generally quite well with dishes of pasta, shellfish or mature and hard cheese.
