Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Cantina di Solopaca or the Domaine Cantina del Taburno produce mainly wines red, white and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Sannio are Aglianico, Sangiovese and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Sannio often reveals types of flavors of citrus, dried fruit or black cherries and sometimes also flavors of plum, leather or raspberry.
