Wineries and vineyards like the Château de Chemilly or the Domaine Etienne Boileau produce mainly wines white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Chablis 1er Cru 'Vosgros' are Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Chablis 1er Cru 'Vosgros' often reveals types of flavors of tree fruit, vanilla or honey and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, hay or green apple.
