DOC of southern Tuscany (Pitigliano hills, volcanic tuff and clay, "little Jerusalem"): Trebbiano Toscano (>=40%) in a lively, elegant white with white flowers, green apple, citrus and a racy saline-volcanic touch. Grechetto, Greco, Malvasia Bianca and Verdello as complements. Styles: dry, sparkling metodo and the famous sweet honeyed Vin Santo della Toscana. Same terroir as Bianco di Pitigliano DOC.
