Their flagship wine, the Valenciso Reserva, is a well-balanced wine with aromas of cherries, cocoa, coffee, and a hint of well-integrated oak. It has a delightful length on the palate with a refreshing finish. This wine reaches maturity after 17 months in Baltic oak barrels and benefits from additional aging in the bottle before being put up for sale. The estate also has its own cellar, where temperature, humidity, and light conditions are controlled to ensure optimal maturation.
