Airy and thirst-quenching palate. A traditional component of Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC (one of the 13 authorised varieties), it brings freshness, finesse and aromatic complexity to southern blends of Côtes-du-Rhône and Languedoc. Native Rhône variety, very late-ripening.
