Maritime climate moderated by the Southern Ocean and Gulf St Vincent, constant southerly breezes, loamy-sandy to clay soils over limestone and buckshot gravel. Shiraz (25%) leads with juicy dark fruits, fine spice and freshness. Chardonnay (18%) crisp and mineral, Cabernet Sauvignon (15%) structured, Sauvignon Blanc (14%) bright and aromatic.
