GI (1997), varied ancient soils over granite, a cooler climate.

Firm, minty Cabernet Sauvignon on Coonawarra (terra rossa). Dry, lemony Riesling from Clare and Eden Valley, straight and taut. Fresh Sauvignon and Chardonnay from Adelaide Hills.
