The wine region of Colli Bolognesi is located in the region of Émilie-Romagne of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Manaresi or the Domaine Corte d'Aibo produce mainly wines red, sparkling and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Colli Bolognesi are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
