The wine region of Colline Savonesi
Ligurian IGT on the hills of Savona (Riviera di Ponente) between the Apennines and the sea, vineyards at 400–700 m on sandstone, limestone and clays. Lumassina (Buzzetto) as the signature white — dry and light with lively citrus, green apple, Mediterranean herbs and a saline-iodine mineral touch, low alcohol and cutting acidity, the perfect marine thirst-quencher with seafood. Granaccia (local Grenache) as the signature red: fruity and supple with strawberry and garrigue.
The wine region of Liguria
Coastal region of northwest Italy on the Riviera, terraced vineyards among the steepest in Europe (~1,650 ha). Vermentino signature in white: fresh and saline with signature notes of citrus, white flowers, wild herbs, fresh almond and an iodine mineral touch, taut long mouth. Local Pigato similar and ample, mineral Bosco (min. 40% in Cinque Terre), Albarola.
The word of the wine: Trimmer
Elevated tractor that allows you to pass through the vineyards by straddling them.
