The wine region of Graach

Historic village of the Mittelmosel (Bereich Bernkastel), 135 ha almost entirely planted with Riesling on altered blue slate. Domprobst (Grosse Lage) leads in whites — taut and mineral with citrus, peach, white flowers and a spicy note, rare finesse and excellent ageing potential.
