The Guy & Yvan Dufouleur Estate is located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, in the center of Burgundy. The vines are bathed in southern sun and grow on clay-limestone soils at altitudes of 270 to 310 meters. As indicated by the name of the estate, it is a family domain, owned and managed by Guy and Yvan Dufouleur. The vines are among the oldest in the region, nearly forty years old, but they are constantly updated to meet standards for participation and quality of wines. The Dufouleur family produces a full range of wines, from dark and rich reds to sparkling wines, along with lighter and fruitier wine styles. The latter are born from vineyards recently planted or recently converted to produce more aromatic and more accessible wines. Their production is based on modern principles in viticulture and oenology: the vineyards are carefully maintained, the harvest is done by hand and the winemaking process is carried out in order to respect the parcels and the terroir as much as possible. The wines are intense and powerful, with a balance between tannins, structure and fruity aromas. The Guy & Yvan Dufouleur Estate is a vineyard that is appreciated and celebrated for its exceptional wines. Consumers appreciate their subtle aromas and their complexity, which allows them to savor each glass. In addition, their production is sustainable and respects the environment. And of course, their incomparable quality is recognized worldwide. The vineyards of the estate are true gems of Burgundy.
