Native Provençal black variety, probably originating from Vaucluse.

Supple, fruity everyday reds: light, crisp Trollinger (Schiava) with red fruits, more structured, spicy, deep Lemberger (Blaufränkisch), generous Schwarzriesling (Pinot Meunier).
