Aromatic, fine whites with a pale golden robe, an airy palate with preserved acidity, and signature muscat, white flower (acacia, elderflower), white fruit (apple, pear) aromas with delicate floral notes. Also vinified as off-dry styles. Grown in the Rhine and Franconia regions for dry and off-dry aromatic whites. German white grape obtained in 1929 by Georg Scheu in Alzey (Weißburgunder × Müller-Thurgau).

The wine region of Vipava
Western Slovenian valley between Julian Alps and Adriatic, mild climate and marl soils (>2,300 ha). Mostly elegant whites with persistent bouquet. Signature Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) with notes of pear, citrus, white flowers, fresh almond and a saline mineral touch, taut palate. Also lively Sauvignon Blanc, ample Chardonnay, floral Malvasia.

The word of the wine: Burgundy melon
A white grape variety from Burgundy that is not widely used in its native region, but has spread to the Nantes region. It is the exclusive variety of Muscadet. It gives a dry pale yellow wine, supple and lively, with an intense bouquet, to which maturing on lees gives fatness and aromatic complexity.
