The Domaine Fayolle Fils & Fille is a winery located in the sunlit vineyards of Saint-Joseph and Condrieu in the northern Rhone valley in France. Managed by the Fayolle family since 1966, the winery offers a wide range of red, white, and rosé wines, as well as a few sparkling wines. The Domaine Fayolle Fils & Fille covers about 28 hectares of fertile vineyards that are spread over gentle and varied slopes and benefit from an optimal solar exposure for complete maturation of the grapes. The winery extends over three departments (Isère, Ain, and Rhône) and is located in the north of the Rhône valley, which is recognized for its quality wines. Taking into account specific microclimates and using a wide range of regional grape varieties make the wines produced at Fayolle Fils & Fille recognizable. Roussane is a white grape variety, planted on an area of more than 700 ha. Originally from Montélimar, it is also found in Savoie, Languedoc and Roussillon, and grows very well in calcareous, poor, stony soil. It prefers to be pruned short.
