Lively and thirst-quenching whites with a pale colour, a lean palate and brisk acidity, on delicate aromas of white flowers (hawthorn), citrus, green apple, fresh almond and characteristic alpine mineral notes of flint. Light finish, best drunk young. The absolute star of Vin de Savoie AOC crus (Apremont, Abymes, Chignin, Cruet) on the limestone scree of Mont Granier. The wine region of Duriense

Portuguese IGP covering the Douro and Porto area (northeast), schist soils on vertiginous terraced slopes, dry continental climate, flexible status outside DOC. Touriga Nacional signature as red king (300+ authorised varieties): intense and floral with blackberry, black cherry, violet, garrigue, liquorice and mineral schist hint, firm tannins — noble Douro emblem. Supple Touriga Franca and spicy Tinta Roriz as complement. Fresh mineral whites and creative modern sparkling.

The word of the wine: Bitter (flavor)

A flavour generally provided in wines by polyphenols and accompanied by a sensation of pungency. In small quantities, bitterness makes you salivate, gives relief to the wine and reinforces its sapidity.
