The Domaine Corisca is a prestigious vineyard located in the Rías Baixas region of Spain, more precisely in the province of Pontevedra in Galicia. Nestled between the rugged mountains and the Atlantic, this winery is a true gem of Spanish viticulture, offering wines of exceptional quality. Spanning over an area of 12 hectares, the Domaine Corisca originally started as a family project in 2005. It is now managed by Marisol Bueno, a prestigious name amongst the winemakers of the region. The estate's goal is to cultivate the highest quality wines while respecting the terroir and nature, a philosophy that is at the heart of each stage of the production. The majority of Domaine Corisca's production is the Albariño, a white grape variety emblematic of the region. The vines are planted on granitic and sandy soils, bracing the oceanic influence. The farm is certified in organic and biodynamic agriculture, promoting the use of ancient and environmentally friendly techniques. The Domaine Corisca produces white wines that wonderfully reflect the character of the region. The wines present a refreshing acidity, great minerality, and delicate aromas of white fruits and citrus. These dry and aromatic white wines are particularly appreciated for their finesse and freshness. The care given to the vineyard, manual harvesting, or aging on the lees contribute to the production of these exceptional wines, elegant and balanced. The meticulous work of Marisol Bueno and her team has been recognized by numerous international awards, thus enhancing Domaine Corisca's unique know-how.
