Slovak AOP extension of Hungarian Tokaj (seven communes, 907 ha on clay-loess with volcanic subsoil), south-facing slopes favouring Botrytis. Furmint signature white (48%): taut and complex when dry (citrus, green apple, honey, minerality), legendary as sweet Tokajsky Vyber (3 to 6 putnovych) — candied apricot, honey, raisins, orange peel, saffron, honeyed tannins and vibrant acidity. Floral Lipovina (Harslevelű), aromatic Muskat Zlty, Zeta complement.
